Boat leasing
Yacht leasing is a flagship product in yacht financing, allowing you to select and use a new boat through a lease with an option to buy. SYSFINANCE offers its clients various possibilities and options in order to provide the best solution from a fiscal and financial point of view. Our team of professionals, with extensive experience in the nautical sector, discusses with each client on a personalised basis which is the best financing option for their boat.
CONDITIONS
The financing conditions for leasing with option to buy (nautical leasing) are as follows:
A new boat.
An initial contribution between 30% (minimum) and 50% (maximum).
A duration of up to 15 years.
A residual value of 10% of the value of the boat.
Boat leasing is transferable
If you conclude your boat leasing contract with CGI FINANCE AND SGB FINANCE, you will have the possibility to assign your leasing contract and subrogate the financing to a third party. In this way, a third party will take over your leasing contract and you will also be able to benefit, with the used boat, from the advantages usually reserved for new boats*.
* The transfer of the contract is subject to the approval of CGI Finance and SGB Finance.
Nautical credit
CONDITIONS
The conditions of financing through a nautical credit are as follows:
A new or second-hand boat*.
A minimum free contribution.
A duration of up to 15 years* at a fixed rate.
ADVANTAGES
Some of the main advantages of taking out a nautical credit with CGI Finance and SGB Finance are:
Deferment of a payment. You will be able to defer the payment of a monthly instalment until the end of the contract.
Modification of the payment date*. You can also change the day of the month on which you wish to debit the corresponding amount from your account.
Credit with fixed interest. This way you will avoid surprises for the entire duration of the contract.
Possibility of financing boats for the 6th and 7th lists.
SYSFINANCE takes care of registration and registration formalities.
Possibility of financing for residents and non-residents in possession of a NIE.
